This week, September 13, 2024, Dad turns 96!!!!
Here you see Dad with his five kids. David, Bill, Gwen Joe, and Don. So proud of him for the legacy he has given with his heart for the person and work of the Lord Jesus Christ. He is doing great! We give praise to God and celebrate his legacy. He now has 17 grands and 43 great grands. Dad, we love you!
What joy we have for the Eritrean connection here in Charlotte and beyond!
We have loved the gatherings we have had. We love supporting the radio ministry of Hill Voice bringing the gospel to the least reached people of Eritrea.
Ethiopia continues to grip our hearts.
Grace and Bill continue to reach out to the Ethiopian community here in Charlotte, NC.
Bill is preparing to go to Ethiopia next spring and possibly this November. Through the years Bill has had the privilege to preach to tens of thousands sharing God’s Word.
Construction Update
The Harding Memorial Bible College dormitory and mixed use construction project in Yirgacheffe, Ethiopia is in full swing!
This past month, 75 more students graduated from the HMBC to serve the Lord in their communities and beyond. Rejoice with us again with what God is doing in that land!
Our dear friend and colleague, Wubshet, has sent us great news to share with you.
The Muslim Background Believers Training and Refuge Center in southern Ethiopia has just celebrated their 10 year anniversary. He reports that in the past ten years there have been 379 graduates of the two year program, 127,000 Muslims have come to faith in Jesus Christ, and 600 churches have been planted! A new training center in another Muslim dominated area will be opened and dedicated in November. Our son, Drew, pictured with Wubshet above, has raised funds for this vital project. Please pray for protection and that the many more will come to the knowledge of our Savior and receive Him
