KELTY, 12 YEARS, OLD SHARING HER LOVE FOR JESUS TO 35,000 ETHIOPIANS

Earlier in June 2018, ethnic strife erupted in southern Ethiopia between two tribes internally displacing just under one million lives. This conference in Yirgacheffe was held where we had served for years. The SIM related churches, KHC, organized this large gathering to look to God and the Word of God to bring some resolve in bringing peace that can come only through the person and work of our Lord Jesus. We witnessed just that!

What a great team that God used in a special way!  My son, Drew, and his daughter, Kelty, flew up from South Africa. Three West Virginians, Dustin, Mackey and Matt had powerful messages to share from the Word of God. Steve Olin was on his second trip to Ethiopia sharing his powerful testimony of his conversion by Christ

It warmed my heart to see this cutie, my granddaughter, Kelty, interact so beautifully with the rest of the team.  Her zeal for life and humor intertwined with a love for Christ and a confidence to share Him boldly made me so proud. I am so thankful to the Lord for how God is grooming her to be more like Himself.

I thank the Lord, too, for her four sisters. All but one has come to Ethiopia to share. We commend her parents, Drew and Janna Harding, for being amazing parents of the K-5.
