The Ambassador of Ethiopia to the United States, Fitsum Arega
What an honor to have the privilege to take the Ambassador through the Billy Graham Library at his request! We had time to pray for him and the great needs of Ethiopia at this time of civil unrest. Later, there was a fundraising event organized by the Ethiopian community. I was invited to be one of the speakers. I shared, mostly in Amharic, the gospel and the greatest gift ever given, Jesus Christ, the Messiah, born that first Christmas day. What an amazing opportunity to share my love for the Lord Jesus and the beloved country of Ethiopia! $165,000 was raised to help the internally displace people of the current civil war in Ethiopia! Yes, you were part of this and I am grateful!
